I am from Kerala. I am a prepaid customer of hutch.That time I get a good offers from them.my number is 9846-1.Hutch migrated to Vodafone. All my offers gone.There call rate always higher compare to others.I used this sim more than 10 years.Finally I quit from Vodafone due to its irresponsible customer care.I send a port a message, their representative not inquire about my action.So I migrated to another network.They spend cores for advertisement.How many customer will get?Its like a gamble.If you provide more offers to existing customer, you will get proper revenue and also they refer your service.Vodafone improve your service then you get more customers.
