Ive been using Vodafone prepiad number for about 3 years and have found certain problems with the network.
Firstly, the cell towers in my area are very feeble. There is hardly any cell tower in my area. And due to this I have to go out of my house to attend a call. When I attend a call at my home there’s a lot of disturbance.
The internet 3g service by voda is also not very satisfying. I feel that it is a bit over priced with about 300 rs for 1 GB data only which don’t even last about 2 weeks for a heavy user like me. They only provide offers for higher priced data packs.Due to low cellular network in my area, the net surfing is awful and I can only use it outside my house.
The customer service is also not very satisfying. Once while surfing net, a pop up appeared on my mobile phone which I ignored. I later found out that it was a promotional pop up by voda which charged me about 100 rs of my balance. I was really pissed and when I called them they didn’t solve my problem and didn’t refund me even after I ignored the pop up and didn’t subscribe to the service.
