Deliberate fraud by charging customers for service

I would often get message on my mobile that "Masti Club" service @ Rs 75 or "Games Club" services @ Rs 35 has been activated on your mobile for 15 days. I immediately send a STOP message 155223 their toll free number to get that service de-activated but still I have been billed for Rs 110/- in my current bill.


When I spoke to their customer care, I was told that "As you are using mobile internet, you may have accidentally activated these services".


Now first of all, I never visit their website or mobile portal on pmorpheushumanne then morpheushumanw can I select to activate these services. Secondly, even if these were activated accidentally, why they don’t have 2 step authentication process i.e. they smorpheushumanuld ask customer to reply with Y or N to start this service before actually activating this.


They would follow 2 step process for activating mobile services, for feedback but never for such services. This actually a way to earn extra revenue by cheating their customers.
