I am vodafone SIM for last few years, now it come to my knowledge tha they actually deducting some extra charges from by balalnce for Value Added Services which were not actovated by my end for the last few months. Every month after a unpleasant discussion with customer exectives, they agreed to waive off charegs deducted by them.
Now most important thing charges and billing by vodafone, its really very annoying and unethical. Many times vodafone activate value added services which I were not aware of and charges for these services in monthly.
whenever I asked to customer care exectives they said I am availing these services so I have to pay for this.
Even many services name are not know by the most of the us. After asking for detail about the activation, timing of activation, they promise to revert it in my next billing cycle.
Currently last month also they charge for some value added services as usual which
I am not aware of. This is highly unethical practice by the vodafone india.
STOP CHARGING IN UNETHICAL WAY TO INDIAN CUSTOMERS.
