There is nothing to write a review about in HUTCH.
A few words to describe their "service" .
. PATHETIC
. HORRIBLE
. LOUSY
. MISERABLE
. TORTURING(mentally & physically)
. and many more.
When I went to activate my service at their Hutch Shop - Churchgate in Oct 2006, they activated my card after almost a week.
Then they went around charging me Rs. 499 every month for a service I never activated.
Finally when in March 2007, when I decide and dispute, I get my refund but I am told my account will be deactivated only in May 2007, since my application is still under process.
What NONSENSICAL company these chaps are running I really dont understand.
I am planning to approach the Consumer Board if I dont get my redund by 31st March 2007.
ALSO A PIECE OF ADVICE FOR NEW MOBILE BUYERS . . .
WHATEVER YOU DO . DO NOT EVER BUY A HUTCH CONNECTION. AT LEAST NOT IN MUMBAI. THEY WILL LEAVE YOU HIGH AND DRY WITH MONTHLY BILLS OF OVER RS. 1000!!!
