I am one of the customers who has been victimized by the Vodafone at Bangalore since I recharged twice with Rs 125 first time then Rs 50 second time, but both the recharge amount were not reflected to my mobile number 9916374020 more over the customer support is so horrible even they hold the calls for hours together without attending and giving empty statemented this is totally cheating since my prepaid balance more frequently getting reduced by this anti customer company, must be banned since many time recharged with Rs50, we are scared to go ahead with this dirty vadafone more over the customer care no body bothers hence people are scared to take this, better to file a consumer court case on this anti people, since many time my money nearly Rs500 has been swallowed, many time the balance getting reduced suddenly, why there is no control on such day time robbers, people beware of these anti customer and anti social elements entering the business and cheating the tel come minister must look in to this ban such elements entering the tel com business, first I need to get my balance restored failing which the media must highlight, there is no control as well the customer service representative behave like rogues
I am not getting connected as well since I have already internet connection in the house of the Airtel why should I activate the internet through my mobile, all bullshit and the Vodafone is mass cheating the customer and its anti people they does not have gratitude towards the people since the Vodafone already blacklisted and wit many reviews, why this much mass cheating, and if the amount is not credited to my account as well the connection not activated then we all customers have to file the consumer court case on he vadafone people avoid this company connection AIRTEL IS THE BEST AND LET THE VADAFONE PEOPLE LEARNT AND GET THE TRAINING FROM AIRTEL.
