Vodafone karanataka is really a bad provider in terms of service, You may be busy in a meeting and suddenly you will get a call from an unknown number and u will think that it may be from a new link, But it will be the automated voice system which will talk to u in Kannada telling about some service which u won’t understand it being in kannada, then you call to customer care care and then they will say that they can’t help it, you may apply for DND but it will take 45 days to activate that service so till then u are bound to receive calls from vodafone in Kannada.
that’s how the Vodafone has worked. I have used hutch in Past in other circle and never had such issues, but now after it has changed to Vodafone, it seems that the newer advertisement campaignm includes disturbing user with unsolicited calls.
And this is not the case with me, all the people who have bought vodafone receive such untimely calls all the time.
So I would suggest that stay away from Vodafone, if you have similar plan options from some other service than don’t even think about going for Vodafone.
