My names Diliksha Pathak, we have 4 post paid orange/hutch conncts, mumbai.my dad has bin usin orange 4 past 5 yrs, since last 2 mnths weve bin facin network issues, due to which our bills were mountin as calls wld drop frequently, 303 msgs wld cost 2Rs, n I m msgin 303 atleast 5-8 times a day,
we complaint a lot of times, 1stly it wld tk a lot of time gettin connectd 2 them , anyways we gt a cal back sayin tey need 12 days 2 check out d problem, now my unbilled usage hs gone frm 900 to 1295 RS frankly weve bin brand loyal evn while facin these problems , whn I think 1 wld actually jst go 4 a bettr provider,
anyhw wat triggred tis step is tat whn I callled n spoke to 1 of d supervisrs n said tat d 303 msg charges shldnt be charged as its d network fault , tat time not only d supervisor refused he also told me how I can cancel all d 4 post paid nos wit hutch.
i m jst stupefied tat tis is how brand loyalty pays.
all tat we suffered for 2 mnths due 2 d hutch network means nothin 2 them, thn why shld I as a customer suffer.
