Hi to all readers, mobile is revolution in India and hence it sparked competition in all the cellular service providers... I am user of Hutch since 2 years, and I haven’t encountered a big problem with them. I read many reviews regarding the pathetic service of Hutch, but in my circle hutch is Pioneer with the largest subscriber base and its ever growing. I know the service providers are not same in all circles so my review is only confined to the Gujarat Circle....
I spend 1.5 years in prepaid and then switched over to post-paid. Hutch has a status here in Gujarat... It has a vast network coverage over, with minimal network congestion... Airtel is airing all types of ads that they have a seamless coverage, but in my college which in centre city, it has no coverage in laboratory, also airtel has a huge no of call drops... So in network aspect Hutch is superior than every else operator serving here in... Their customer service is also prompt... To be frank, I don’t call customer service as I encountered negligible amount of fault... Billing is 100% transparent... Talking of price, ya it is costlier than all the service providers, but again quality has a price tag... So the cheap providers doesn’t give quality in service and I can prove it...
So I have a +ve view towards Hutch..
