As a Hutch user in Bangalore, I have been really annoyed by the network coverage of Hutch. The coverage is so bad that in most places in my home I dont get any signal at all! And mind you, I stay in Sanjaynagar which is not any remote area in Bangalore. Also, I experience lot of call drops while I travel (Within Bangalore itself) which makes cellphone usage miserable. So, If you stay in Bangalore, better stay away from Hutch. I am anyway planning to shift over to Airtel or something....Although the network coverage is bad, I promply get all their Junk SMSs for ringtone download cricket score and more of junk. The worst part is you even get automated phone calls from Hutch which will make you listen to all their great talk plans, ring tones, caller tunes.. more junk (I think Hutch is the pioneer in making "Spam" phone calls!) But the thing I liked about Hutch is their online bill view/pay facility. Their custumor support seems to be good as well.
