I took a vodafone connection(9620684529) on 7th November, 2015. I needed international roaming as was traveling to USA urgently. Was told to recharge Rs. 673/- to use it in USA for 10 days with bit lower rate. So I did so. Also charged with 2 X Rs. 500/- recharge/top up for call/talk time. I was told to enable international roaming once I am in USA.
After reaching USA I enabled international roaming and were able to make 2 short calls on 8th November and 4 SMS. But from the dawn of 9th November international connection is off. No way to make even Customer care. Several efforts failed to enable it. I am really facing trouble because of cheating from vodafone.
I have tried several time enabling international roaming. It says you have already enabled international roaming. But international connection is off. Though it shows excellent signal strength.
It is cheating. Completely unexpected behavior from vodafone.
