I have been using vodafone number (7676806193) since a year. Prior to vodafone I was using airtel and reliance.
Since a month, I am getting damn network issue, say the counter part’s voice is not audible for me and counter part can here me. Initially I assumed that the issue was my phone and given to service center which is under warranty. They confirmed me that the phone is working fine and has been facing with no issue.
Then, I have taken other network’s sim card of my friend and inserted in my mobile phone, it is working fine. So, finally I came to know that the issue is with vodafone netracttwork and the shocking is it is happening only at the Brookfiled area in Bangalore.
Missed and missing so many important calls. Two months back also, I had a long fight with vodafone about the bill which has charged almost Rs.1500 extra in my bill. At that time also I had wasted lot of my precious time speaking to uneducated and unqualified customer care representatives. The reason why I told the above sentences is : for one query, I got 3 difference answers from 3 different representatives, from that only we can say that they are not qualified and educated...
Vodafone thinks themselves as top in the market by making their attractive stores with out providing the better service to the customers.
Just get wexed up with this stupid network n m not gonna waste my time and money any more with this....
and now I am gonna change my network to airtel.....
Vodafone just suggested to close their brand ....
