I am facing issue with your services. My credit limit is for Rs. 2000 P.M. On 18th Nov 2014, you guys have stopped my out going calls on 19th I made a payment for Rs. 1500/-. Now again yesterday you guys have stopped my out going calls. WHY? How many times should I make a payment. I spoke to Varsha on 18th regarding the same she said just pay 50% of the amount & you will be able to make out going calls. I made a payment but again you stopped my outgoing calls.
I spoke to your executive Abimanyu but again everything gone in a vain. He was not able to give me the proper answer. See I am not gonna pay for the un billed amount What support I am getting from you guys. I am also into the customer service & I know how to satisfy the customer. If suppose I am paying xyz amount.again after 2 days you will stop my outgoing calls. If you want learn a lesson.then go & learn from airtel. what kind of service & support airtel gives to their customer.
I need a revert on this in next 24hrs other wise I will spread this issue in social forum. I am using this connection from last 2 years & being as a regular customer you are doing this. I need an explanation on this.
