HUTCH ..wherever you go our network follows ..jus like their ad ..their service is also fine in Chennai. They introduced free sms options in their prepaid packs till 31 july 2004 (but 1 rs reduced evry day from account). But after that prepaids are coming with 100 sms local free and national sms costing 30ps. Appreciable one from hutch is its network. Very fine one ..but of all prepaids available in chennai -this one costs much.costs and network reachability are tradeoffs. Now hutch also introduced some options with which outgoing rates can be still reduced.
Primarily they give choice to choose 3 local numbers for which outgoing rates are 99 ps /min. And they offer many premium services like checking mails using microsoft outlook...But you have to be GPRS user to avail such facilities.
Infact their call centre active all the time ..with support for any help. Even they call and remind about your recharge status ..
Another important thing to mention is their server support for NET TO SMS services available over the net. If you are sending sms to hutch numbers from any internet sms sites, then HUTCH MAIL in particular is supporting well.
