People often says vodafofone is the best service provider, but not actually in every case. I am using vodafone since last 2 years and I am not quite satisfied with the service. The charges for the service really overweighs its merits. The calling charges are really high. Despite of a good network, I am having problem regarding internet services. Inspite of paying a huge amount of money on GPRS data packs, getting worst service is quite inaaceptable.
In the begining I was facing downloading problems and then after it was added as I couldn’t even surf. I complained several times but the problem remained still unresolved. And few months back I couldn’t complain any further because there was no access to the customer care representative in the helpline menu as I don’t know I was blocked or what. The poor service made me not to use vodafone GPRS service any more.
I seriously don’t recommend vodafone to any gprs user.
