Recently I had a chance to visit the Hutch Service Centre at Byculla. Until now I had only used the 111 toll free number to tackle my problems related to my Post Paid connection!
After much apprehensions I visited the centre on a Friday afternoon to unblock my sim card which was blocked due to wrong entering of the pin. I was welcomed by a lady officer and she notted down the reason of my visit. After around 10 mins, the gentleman at the help desk called me to his desk. After I explained the problem I was facing, he quickly checked his computers and askd me to hand over my sim card to him.
Within few minutes I was returned my activated simcard alongwith a piece of advice on how to be more careful while dealing with the PIN.
I am truly satisfied with the kind of help and support provided by Hutch Staff!
