I have written the below mail to customer care head - Vodafone India. To my utter surprise, I have not received even a service call inquiring about my concerns. Nonetheless, I do not seek any corrective measure from Vodafone, cause no matter how much they try to improve, they will be the market leader in most pathetic service provider in India.
So, here is the mail:
Dear Ms.Mundkur, Mr. Sanjdip,
I write this mail as a disgusted customer writing to the company and I do not intend to ruin your day.
I am highly disappointed by the poor services of Vodafone 3G data card.
The card does not connect to the network at all let alone yielding a speed of 3 mbps as promised. When connected (which is rare), the strength is like our PMs speech feeble and short lived (only a couple of seconds).
I am stopping vodafone service right away.
You guys are cheating us by promising 3g and delivering kuch_bhi_nai_G
Please be assured that Im going to paste the same on your FB wall, put in my real reviews and reactions on mouthshut.com and if I find some more time (which I dont) possibly discourage any user who might be thinking of buying your services.
