Pathetic Vodafone billing and customer care

It is crazy the way Vodafone customer care works in this country.Vodafone India does not know how to handle a closing account. Their customer care officers speak like a ROBOT. They does not have the required knowledge.


Let us see how pathetic it is how the closing request of a Vodafone Post Paid number was handled.


The closing request was put on May 8th.The customer care officer told me to pay some dues, I paid and raised a request.


My request was promptly accepted and after a few days I got a retention call but I turned it down as I got very abnormal bills.They wake up from a dream on May 11th in which they saw a pending amount of Rs.206.33 and sent a message to my second Vodafone number to pay Rs.206.33. But I got wild and asked them how come after 3 months I get a bill to a number which I was not using at all.


Next day my second Vodafone Post paid number was barred with incoming and outgoing calls including Customer care number. I would like to warn every one not to have more than one Connection with Voadfone.(May be better to  move to another provider) If there is a dispute they suspend the second number and ask you to pay what ever amount they want.


In fact I wrote to nodal office and he has come up with another story saying I was charged Rs.45.33 excess and he is ready to transfer this to my second number if I like.


I think it is pathetic to have a connection with Voadfone which has such a type of billing system and blackmailing teams. I want my full amount Rs.207 back.
