I have been a vodafone customer for more than 6 years and always had a problem with their customer service levels.
I cant get my signal problem fixed even though I was trying to get to these guys from th last 1 month. Each time I ask for a manager am placed on hold for more than 30 mins and still no one comes on the line and then I get disconnected by them. They provide pathetic customer service. No offence to whoever heads their customer service team, but if I was the boss I would have fired them right away as if it happens once , may be a mistake. Twice can be a coincidence but always means its incompetence.
If they spend atleast half of what they spend on the zoo zoos or the pug to follow the kid, on training their incompetent staff , they would have gotten to the no 1 spot by now.
I sent them a final mail and would be waiting for 5 days to get my problems fixed, if not me and my entire family are porting to Airtel.
