Just wanted to let every body know that since I have been a customer with Hutch since last 2 years, still Hutch or Vodafone or whatever u say it is only concerned with the money what they keep billing me. They dont treat u as a customer.
I made a payment on 1.10.2007 for Rs 1400/- (cash)thru Vodafone mini shop and till date the payment has not been updated where the due date is 8.10.2007 and inturn Hutch/Vodafone barred my services even the incoming services and switched my number temporarily out of services. The dealer at the auth mini shop tells that he has sent a message regarding the payment and the customer care people tell that they havent received any request till date. I cant leave my job and go after the people to get my money refunded. So I m caught in a situation where I cant do anything as of now except cancelling my connection with them.
I am amazed to see that I never missed any payment in last 2 yrs and still they treat their customer like this, which is not acceptable at all. So its better for everybody that whenever you pay your bill thru mini shop make sure you get the confirmation message on your mobile then n there otherwise you have to roam around to teleshop and minishop and have to call customer care again and again and they wont b able to provide you any resolution.
You would be left on your own to handle and ultimately you would be listed as a defaulter in their records without any default.
