Vodafone worst service ever !

I am hutch prepaid customer since the last 3 years. For more than a year I am

trying to covert to a postpaid customer on the same number. But Hutch in

Karnataka never had a service like that.

Recently, when Hutch became Vodafone I got a call from their executive saying

that I can convert to a post paid customer and I felt really happy. I told him

that most of the calls I make are STD and ISD.So he suggested that it’s better

for me to go for 375 plan in which STD calls to any phone will be charged

https://m.mouthshut.com/1 rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >@1/min.

I paid an initial deposit of Rs 300 and I got a new sim, which he said will be

activated in 2 days. After 2 days my prepaid sim stopped working and to my

dismay it’s the same with post paid. After repeatedly calling the customer care

my post paid sim was activated after 5 hours.

After 3 days I received a call saying that you have exceeded the limit please

pay your bill immediately other wise your service will be disconnected. That is

the first shock I got from Vodafone. I wanted to make the payment and I logged

onto the Vodafone site and this is the WORST site you will ever find in this world.

The site was down and there was no message stating when the site will be up.

Next day I was able to pay online.

I received similar calls in the next 10 days. And I paid the amount online.

One thing I like in their service is online payment facility (**Only if the

Site is Up and running**).

Today after seeing the bill I came to know that I was not in the plan I was

told and my STD calls were charged @2.40/min and I got a bill for Rs 2500**(Only

for 13 days).**I have been calling them from the past 2 hours to the

customer care number they provided and** the only response I got from

them is through the interactive voice system which is appreciating me for

waiting and hearing the music they are playing.

Finally I decided that I will be no longer a Vodafone customer. (Still I am

trying to call the customer care .....................)*
