The customer service of Vodafone is pathetic. They are least bothered about people’s time. In this technology savvy world, they are completely outdated. I feel I have done biggest mistake of my life by taking Vodafone connection.
Their representative don’t know how to talk to the customer, they are very rude. Also they disconnect the call anytime they wish or in mid of the conversation just transfer your call without any intimation. Also they don’t abide to their own commitments and there is no ownership of job.
Each time you call for same complaint you receive different answers. In short, their customer service is PATHETIC. I advice no one should go for Vodafone connection. In fact I am happy that TRAI has open the facility of number portability.
I will surely port my number to better subscriber.
