Why Vodafone customers hate them Genuinely.

So I happen to use Vodafone service since 5+ years and the problem is I still can’t figure out why they deduct my balance.


Every time I have a recharge in my phone they deduct so much that it is left to nothing more than a 50 bugs that doesn’t even survives 2 days.


I always use this Internet for 99 rs per month plan and this time they didn’t even warn by sending an SMS that your limit is over but then they have a courtesy to deduct 170 Rs straight from my number.


So like every curious person I dialed the customer care and I am waiting for an answer for 20  minutes but all that the customer care agent does is disconnects me.


Now feeling helpless I happen to Tweet with no effort or put it up on facebook and still no reply....There should be an Instant way to kill such hypocrisy. You dont just get to snatch the hard earned money from People.
