My wife had a Vodafone number with data service.we closed it and cleared the last outstanding amt.in Mar, now in May we are getting calls directly from RECOVERY.asking to clear around Rs 1600 odd towards balance amount for closed number.Visited the gallery.tried to explain in vain.as always their execs are adamant.she kept on repeating you need to clear the amt.Until one of her seniors walked in and to our surprised agreed with our point & asked the exec to reverse it.We thought it was over.but now.15 days down we are still struggling to get it done.to add to this these people have disconnected the outgoing of my wife’s alternate number.This is the 3rd visit now.and still awaiting.No Words.Pathetic service is an under statement.And yes, these guys don’t even bother to reply on twitter.
