After moving to Bangalore, my wife raised a request for connection cancellation on 7th March, 2014 for my number. I had Extra balance amount 425+ rupees in my account.
I posted the address as well where the cheque has to be refunded. There has been no action taken and Vodafone has continued sending bills to me.
Vodafone suggests that they have taken this request on 21st April. And they are suggesting new amount would be after deducting 2 months bills. This is clear cheating customers of their money with processing delays. Practices like these needs to be stopped where customer loses their money.
Fraudulent practices, is there someone who can help in matters like these? Have attached request dates and response from Vodafone.
Not only this, on top of this these guys are impolite/vulgar/unfriendly, not sure if they have been trained at all. Service standards are at a new low when it comes to Vodafone.
