Today i’m going to share my opinion and experience regarding this mobile network, i.e. Vodafone. I was used this network almost 1 year, I was very much disappointed by their service, I mainly used their service for internet service, However internet service was not upto satisfaction.
Network - I have a vodafone tower nearby at distance of 1KM from my home but even not got full network.when vodafone came with 4G service then once I went for their 4G service but unfortunately the speed they were providing was like 3G service and it’as costlier.The internet connection was always fluctuating and take few minutes to provide again.
Costumer Service-one day I was noticed that they was deducted my balance from my account then, immediately I called costumer service then they told that i’hd being subscribed their health tips service, then I replied that I had not subscribed their health tips service. After requesting a lot they accepted to return my deducted balance within 24 hours but 72 hours was passed they had not returned deducted balance, calling their costumer service was waste of time as they take minimum half an hour to get connected and results the same.
Billings& charges-Their charges of service was too high in the industry, Also they continuously kept their charges increasing time to time. Specially their data packs was too costlier, before leaving their service last time I was recharged of amount Rs 451/- for 4GB data which only lasted till 20 days.
Since, Now the Telecom sector become too much competitor, I don’t think so that their service will service this battle.
