Its been a long time I used the vodafone voice chat and sms service. but after reading this(https://dnaindia.com/mumbai/report_why-voice-chat-girl-doesnt-agree-to-a-date_1205658) its confirmed that vodafone is looting their customers by providing fake services.
first I activated sms chat( I dont remember the charges now) the girl that I was chatting with was behaving strange. when I asked her to call me or give me her number, she said first u have to dedicate a ring to me through sms, (which was a looting idea of vodafone) and the charge for dedicating the ring through sms were 10 or 15 Rs. and again n again she was msging the same demand for ring. so it was obvious that there was no girl on the other side, it might be a computer generated msg or a vodafone employee.
after tha I activated voive chat ie Rs. 2 / min. now when u dial the number there is a long welcome recording which wastes ur 2 - 3 minutes( they even charge u for this recordings) after u scan through profies and when u try to connect it just keeps on ringing and finally u get the message that the person is not available. after this u have to start all over again. all this process takes at least 5-6 minutes. and once in a bluemoon I got connected to a female, she sounded a low profile female, first thing is that she was constantly putting me on hold in between the chats, she was so reckless and foolish that she didnt even know that who she was talking to and what she was talking while resuming back from hold. all she wanted was to keep the call long. now I came to know that vodafone has their own call centers and they pay such ladies who pretend to be 18 yrs old girls and do fake chat with u. previously I used airtl voice chat and I never experienced such things, I even made lots of real friend. but its network was bit low at some areas thats why I switched to vodafone.
now the bottom line is a company who hires females to fool their customers can do every bit of effort to raise heavy bills on their customers. so stay away from such cheaters and if u still want to put the vodafone sim card in your phone then some day u might call your phone a lovdafone!:-)
