Bad service of Orange about Reebok gift vouchers !

I switched over to postpaid, 6-7 months back. At that time Orange offered ’’Reebok’’ gift vouchers with Post paid.


Unfortunately I have not yet received those vouchers. Regarding that many a times I contacted Orange, but according to them they have delivered it in the month of November 2003. The receiving person was Mr. Sudhir Joshi.......there is no such person present in our family or not in our residential society.


But Orange people are not ready to accept that & on that they said that now they are helpless.


Regarding this mater I sent 3 e-mails to Orange..... nothing happened.


One more thing is that whenever you try to call Hotline, you will have to wait 12 to 15 mins. in working hours & 5 to 10 mins. in off hours. .......... if they have got good number of subscribers, then they should increase the number of persons in hotline centre.


I am very much disappointed with Orange. If u have got the same experience..... we must do something.


Can anyone help me ?
