I have been facing several issues with Vodafone services, like heavy inflated bills, non responsive customer service etc, so finally I opted to port out from vodafone, but the SAGA still continues.
I received a inflated bill even after porting out on 2Nov, as per TRAI you are suppose to clear all the outstanding amount and port the number and stop billing the customer after porting out. But vodafone keeps sending monthly bills even after porting out, and there customer executive keeps calling for collection for fraudulently billed amount.
Even after several discussion, they say its system mistake and our senior executive will call you back. But no body calls for few days and again the same story starts. Its total harassment by vodafone even after porting out.
I know that I owe 998 as my last unbilled amount and I am ready to pay the same on the condition that this brings end to such nuisance of harassment or I will be forced to lodge the complaint to TRAI for this.
