I am using vodafone for past 5 years but this is the first time I am getting problem from the vodafone service. I recharged for 150rs(20.08.2014) on yesterday and I already had 29rs in my acco6nt from that I recharged 124 for 1gb internet pack for 28 days  but today(21.08.2014) in my accounts its showing 0.00 balance and my internet pack was deactivated.


When I came to know this immediately I called to customer care no one give proper information and they not even taken care my complaint I nearly spoke with 7 to 8 persons they were simply told they cant do anything with out any reason all my balance were gone I dont know how to escalate my complaint, one of the worst service I had in vodafone.
