Vodafone in Roaming

Vodafone India provides the worst customer service as I have experienced. I’m using Vodafone’s Hyderabad number (from last two years), recently I got transferred in Delhi. So as to enquire about roaming I went in Secunderabad’s Begum pet store, and I was suggested to apply for Vodafone DND (do not disturb) service. I subscribed for the same and the service got activated on Aug 8th 09.


From the past three months I’m n Delhi. After subscribing for so called DND service, I have received hundreds of promotional calls (all from A.P.) from different banks, credit cards, country club. More humorous is receiving Vodafone promotional calls(I have to pay for incoming too) . I have registered the complaints for the same about 5-6 times, but no action has been taken so far.


I’m highly disappointed with the pathetic service of Vodafone. Moreover about paying bill in roaming gets worst. One cannot make payment from poor kiosk machines (in other states). The payment should be made three days prior of billing date in Vodafone stores. Moreover the website is too appalling to surf (as the server is always down). Finally after knocking customer care executives of Hyderabad, (I have made paid calls from Delhi) a lot I’m writing this feedback. I will mention the Post’s URL in website of Vodafone. Let’s see, what step will be taken by them….
