I have been using vodafone netowrk since my first phone and now I am csutomer of vodafone for prepaid and postpaid network .Intially I joined vodafone for its strong network presence in city areas though its call rates were high.but now a days vodafone has lost its reputaton. Frequent call dropping, bad call connectivity etc issues are part of my daily communication with vodafone .And worst part is with my postpaid number where games and other subcriptions are automatically activated without my consent and charged in bills.It continuously happened for last 4 months.And when you write a email complaining about wron g charges they write in standard language that our record shows it is correctly charged.but as a service gesure we will credit this amount to you in next bill cycle.This makes me feel irritating and now I am escalating such problems to appellate authority directly.
