Pathetic Service

I visited Vodafone store to change my postpaid plan to prepaid. Person attending customers was so tide up that he could not even listen.


The token system is waste of time, many people came after me straight away went and got hold of the guy serving customers.


Lack of professionalism, no kindness, pathetic network at remote places where others get full range. I was really pissed off by network issue, billing discrepancies  and then you get this Royal treatment at Vodafone store. Conclusion, I left them where they are. Used portability at last.
