Very Poor,Bad Service.Pl Don't Go for Vodafone

Hi,


I request to cancel the connection of my Vodafone postpaid connection on 24th Aug. they said the billing cycle is 25th Aug so please wait.Again I went to cancel the connection to G counter in Kormangala Vodafone store on 26th Aug 2013 to cancel connection.


I really want to migrate from postpaid to Prepaid. G counter Person said without original ID proof I will not able to pay the amount .My reference number to cancel 337507.


He said within 24 hours connection will be disconnected. but till today. this is not cancelled.poor service .


From 99 tariff plan I planned to move to 299 tariff plan , requested the same on April month but the plan was not activate till July month 2013.

As  discussed the tariff plan standard 299 will be changed from your billing cycle that is from “25th April 2013” and your data plan would deactivated within 4hrs .
