I have bought vodafone mobile operators sim card when I had gone to city for another work. The road side sellers were advertising with large hoardings and shouting very exciting offers and plans. I saw them and got attracted from their offers. They told me to buy the sim card and they will give me free internet for 3 months along with unlimited calling all around india with 4G connection.
They fully satisfied me about the signal problem of 4G network in rural area of my village. The sim card took 2 days to get in working condition. That days I am living in New Delhi and got a good network of 4G LTE with good calling but I am unknown about the 4G network coverage of vodafone mobile operator company in rural areas.
At festive season when I got some rest from work and I decided to went to my village for spending free time there. When I reached my village I suddenly noticed that the 4G network of vodafone mobile operator fell down to 2G with poor quality of calling and no internet connection without 4G signal. I feel very bad and realised that I have bought a fraud companies sim card in order to get beneficiary offers. I contacted to customer service but they didn't gave me any satisfied reply. I realized my mistake and decided that I will never use any service of vodafone.
Disadvantages: Low customer support.
Poor quality callings.
No signal in rural areas.
Poor internet speed
