Below are the issues am facing:
My incoming is barred from 4th May. I would have called customer care 10-15 time (literally). But no resolution.
CC asks me to send email to corporatecare.del@vodafone.com. They tell me ravindragovindani@gmail.com is not my registered email id (just to close issue at their end). I confirmed it from CC and this is my registered email id.
CC asks me call my RM at 011-71711111. I have called 5 times (check in your logs.) All times they say "RM is busy. Please hold or they will call you back". I have been on hold for more than 15 min all five times.
When I asked to block my SIM on 1st May (since it was stolen), only my incoming was barred (due to technical glitch is what they say). Do you expect me to file a POLICE complaint for this ?
Please activate my incoming. Otherwise am gonna take this viral. Am working in digital marketing. Believe me it will HAPPEN.
