I have Hutch corporate postpaid connection. I am getting faulty bill 50% of the times and on the top I dont know who can solve this problem for me. Calling on toll free number 200 takes a heavy tolls of your patience--All our customer care executives(??) are serving other customer, please hold on.
What the hell is this...Even you wait for 15 minutes you are not sure to get customer care. If by chance you get this number and explain about your bill, they say sorry its not billing department and they cant help you out.
We have another channel to request our woes on corporatecare@hutchindia.com but these guys also dont do more than an auto reply. You keep on waiting and waiting for reply....and next bill arrive.........
For miss call alert you have to send SMS to 303 but at cost of Rs 2/-. Airtel provides this facility free of cost. Our whole corporate Hutch customer are moving to Airtel now........Bye Hutch
