I recharged on 16th June, 2014 online on Vodafone site for Rs.147.00 for 3G mobile internet pack for 28 days, money was charged to my credit card, I received a confirmation e-mail from Vodafone eshop for the transaction with order ID and Payment transaction ID but my internet pack is not activated though more than 72 hours have passed. Customer care staff is not taking down my complaint since the recharge is not seen in their system though I have received the confirmation e-mail for the transaction from vodafone. A complaint sent to customer care by e-mail is also not acknowledged. The nodal officer does not answer the call for more than 5 minutes during which I am forced to listen to their recorded advertisements and I am being made to pay call charges for full 6 minutes.
