We were using post paid connection from Vodafone since 2011. We had lot of issues with network and still we compromised. But suddenly we got a bill of Rs10000 in month of last Oct and Vodafone use third party goons to for recovery of money. We thought to close the service as it lot of tariff with 3G. We paid whole outstanding amount and requested to terminate the service immediately.
They assured that it will get terminated in 2 days. Now after 3-4 months again they started calling for the bill and says your number is still active and have to pay the amount. This company is a fraud and run by goons. Customer executives are cheaters. don’t reply ever on their words. I think people should sue this fraud company and get this out of India.
