This is the 2nd review which I am writing about Vodafone - Happy to Cheat You!!!
I have visited Vodafone store N number of times for the refund & according to their commitment I should receive the refund within 60 Working Days. But it has crossed 97 Days & still no answer from Vodafone that where the hell is my Refund.
I think Vodafone only knows how to cheat people, how to make money by harassing their customers. Every time I visit the Vodafone store the same story repeats again and again that your cheque has already been dispatched and you will be receiving the cheque in next 4 - 5 days and so on.....
Upon that when I sent a feedback to them stating that I want a call from their end with the explanation for their delay of Refund, the Vodafone people replied to me on my E-Mail that we tried to call you but no one answered the call. There should be a limit to test a customer’s patience.
It has crossed the limit of my patience and now I am going to screw them for the pains that I went through for my refund.
