On 3rd Feb 2010 i had given a number to be converted from prepaid to postpaid.Today is 17th and they still dont know why it is not done. Today, when i call their customer care i get funny responses like we you will need to walk in there and check as you have taken the connection from them clearly indicating that they two are not working for Vodafone.
The vision they have is Vodafone store is a different entity and Vodafone customer care is for a different company. The response was pathetic as i asked for an English attendant and he still continue to converse in Hindi. The attendant could not even help me out with an alternative solution but to be an "office office" ka mussadilal and walk in the store again n again to get my prepaid card converted postpaid.
How funny that a world class service provider does most to work a unit. And the call centre and store people are independent of company.
