I had been a fan of Vodafone. I used a number of Vodafone for 6 years without any problem. After that I got some network issue in my new office building so I had to port it out. But other operator gave some other problem and I had to port back. Since then I am facing continuous problems.
Previously Vodafone used to revert on emails and was responsive. Now Vodafone does not even respond to emails.

I have opted for 3G but most of time only 2G comes
This is not a problem with my handset, as I am facing this problem with other phones using same SIM also.

Till now they did not even respond to it. Despite the postpaid corporate connection they do not listen. I am wondering what would be happening to prepaid customers.
This is just one problem I faced recently. Previous to that there are a lot of call drops in may areas, and bad customer support.
I am willing to pay money for good services but I am not able to find a best mobile operator.
Vodafone. where is your puppy that used to follow customers. now we are chasing you but you are running.
I would advice people to have a survey of the area where you are staying for best mobile operator services. Vodafone probably you would not find in top list.
