I have been with Hutch for the past 15 months. I am really happy with the service offered by Hutch ..! I am impressed by the manner in which they respond to customer complaints. The executives are committed towards providing the customers with a better service. I had an issue few months back with signal strength in my area....i complained this to Hutch personnel....and they rectified it within a couple of weeks .I would like to say that the network is the best among the lot .Its replete with high end technologies..like EDGE , GPRS ...n all these were introduced to the market first by Hutch.....revolutionary I should say..!!
I have used the GPRS service ..it impressed me with its speed n flexibility .The rates are reasonable too when compared to Airtel.
And yes...about the billing ....i think Hutch is fair enough as comparesd to Airtel as many of my colleagues face issues with fradulent billing by Airtel.
The coverage is not that good outside Chennai City.....but within City limits I think othing comes close to Hutch !
