Follow up to my prev. Post...
False SMS’s sent by Hutch !
They said, on the 1st Recharge, i’ll be credited for Rs.50. I’ve recharged the next day I purchased the starter pack. But, the amount Rs. 50 has not been credited for the last 40 days.
I’ve called 98840 98840 nearly 25 times in this 3 months, asking when that amount Rs. 50 will be credited in my account. They say, Network problem. It will be credited within 24 hrs/48 hrs. Same answer but from different different support personnel from this number. How long can a network become problem. Its an MNC, having spread over the world providing Cellular Service in several countries.
My question is,
- It say’s they are having a very good infrastructure and send false SMS to woo customers, but wont give Rs. 50 or even Rs. 1 on the 1st Recharge, Rs. 25 on 2nd and 3rd Recharge.
All SMS messages are false messages.
If you tell while you are not able to give.
Can u any one tell me any email id of TRAI to which I can send this SMS message and file a complaint against HUTCH ?
