Been using vodafone from past 1 year and till now there is not a single thing for which I should praise it. customer care - very bad, service- very bad. you are forced to take post paid connection if you have to make some changes in plan snd if you come back to them to make the plan again to prepaid they will question you hell lot of things. If same documents are provided during the time of taking postpaid connection and want to swap on prepaid, they will say pic is not clear or we don not accept it as a vaild ID proof. Just buckle up if you are switcing to vodafone because you will face every problem on this network.
