Don’t even buy their service even for FREE in your DREAMS. Bad is not the word.....i think its WORST ...... they don’t disconnect your card even after you inform them but jus keep billing and sending their collections people ....... their collections dept is not way connected with the billing ...... so even if your dues are cleared, the collections will keep troubling your (warning you for the LEGAL NOTICE which they would even send.......don’t care a damn about it...)......And the customer care.....they are good at keeping you at hold (and go for their lunch) ........ its sad that an international brand has such a pathetic service.....ITs just that one prefers to keep the old numbers so hutch still survives in the market (i am one of them) ....... They say they have automated systems.....but its only for payments.....the network coverage is sad.
