Vodafone is a leader in bad customer service

I want to be a good Samaritan and warn my fellow Indians to stay away from Vodafone mobile operators. I had recharged Rs 297 and Rs 697 to get 4.5GB of data. They just gave me 512MB . When I called their customer service, they put me on hold for 40 minutes by making stupid excuses and finally gave me a complaint no which would be answered after 4 days!


Their customer supervisor Brij Chaturvedi and nodal officer Valentia Rodrigues don’t know what they are doing and don’t know how to handle the customer.
