Request to read my problem and the following trouble created


Problem No 1-


After enabling 3G Corporate service, my iphone 6 does not show any signals. Hence unable to use 3G service and voice calls.

  1. Customer care was unable to resolve the issue, but closed the ticket without informing/updating me

  2. Vodafone corporate store has no knowledge about any kind of issues

  3. Sent 6 emails to corporate and other customer care in around 10 days. No reply till date

Problem No 2-


I contacted customer care for raising the above complaint.

  1. They took more than 30 minutes to say, technical team will look into it and get back in 5-6 days(they never got back to me)

  2. Second time I called cust care and was on hold for 30 minutes. I had no patience to wait more than that

  3. immediately, Third time I called the cust care to know all supervisers are busy. All managers are in a meeting

Problem No 3-

  1. When I did not get 3G service, Should I pay the bill?

  2. When my issue was not resolved with cust care, should I pay the bill for those 30 minutes calls?
