Hell all I would like to share my experience with vodafone, these people are one of the worst mobile company. I had a postpaid connection with these people and I lost my phone. The connection was in my girl friend’s name we broke up and she got married and now she is in U.S I don’t have any contact of hers.
When I explained my situation to them they kept on saying that I have to get id proofs of her and get the sim. I have been paying bills for 4 years now and they are not giving me my number I have talked to so many people but same answer no body is trying to understand.
Finally resulted in that number is lost and it says you have dialed a wrong number. i wonder what part of my problem were they not able to understand.
