Cheating in billing. Have uploaded the proof

My last review was written long ago. My procrastination kept me going with Vodafone despite knowing the fact that sometimes they cheated in billing the amount. But the cheating amount used to be in hundred. But this time it ran in 10s of thousand. I have been following up with them but to no avail. I am uploading the page of itemized bill where they have done wrong calculations and sum is totally wrong. Now they are saying that billing system I quite correct. I plan to send it to all my WhatsApp groups also. If someone would like to have a look at the entire bill, please let me know. This is the page 6 from my itemized bill. Please have a look at the exactly right side calculation where total calculation is coming more than 20K.


Why I am doing this, please be careful. Check all the detail of your itemized bill from Vodafone. They are already fighting tax cheating case with IT department and they are real cheat.

They have got the poorest customer service. You never know when they are going to disconnect your connection for stupid reasons. After that you have to follow with their customer service and they will commit you something but they will never keep their words. The biggest problem that for every small problem one has to visit their customer care store. Even if one has visited their store once, no one keeps the record.


If you call their helpline( which is paid line), they will ask you again to visit their store.I miss my airtel services.please never port from airtel to Vodafone.I ported.I am suffering.


I visited madhapur customer care branch.and  their customer service representative not very cooperative.
